KQED Forum host is Mina Kim. Forum has been doing audience engagement for more than three decades, long before that term became a buzzword. Listener calls and comments are a key part of the show’s DNA. And as technology changes and evolves, we’re constantly thinking about better ways to connect with our listeners. When we launched online comments on our show pages, social media was in its infancy and there were fewer ways to connect. Today, online comments are only serving a very small segment of our audience. To help us focus on other avenues for engagement, we are going to discontinue web comments on KQED.org as of Feb. 7. And we want to hear from you: How would you like to engage with us in the future?
