There is three days until Halloween, so The Grand Hour is featuring a "Jack-the-Ripper" style radio program that was adapted from the 1913 novel by Marie Belloc Lowndes titled 'The Lodger.' The CBS Radio Mystery Theater used the same title, just like all the film adaptations have. In over a hundred years since the novel was published, the story and treatments stand the test of time.
